Back in February 2021, BANT launched its Food for your Health campaign to highlight the role of nutrition in supporting many common condition as well as address the rise in diet-induced illness and encourage people to look at their diet with new eyes, and adopt a food-first approach as prevention for chronic disease. The aim for the campaign is twofold, to distill nutritional science into practical client-friendly resources which educate on the importance of good nutrition, healthy food choices, and supportive lifestyle habits such as regular physical activity, sleep and stress management and secondly, to give individuals greater autonomy over their health outcomes.
