05 Dec 2014 It’s Tax Return Time – Remember You Can Claim Back Your BANT Fees

Don’t forget your personal tax returns are due to be submitted to HMRC by the end of January 2015 and BANT members can claim back their membership fees against tax. HMRC approved our application for income tax relief for BANT’s professional fees back in July and we have been added to the approved list at HMRC. It takes several months for BANT to appear on the official list, so members who are completing their tax returns before the list is updated, should inform staff at HMRC that BANT is newly approved to the list of approved bodies and should quote the following reference: RH/T1644/18/2014/HEM.
