Nutrition Evidence Database – Eggs Recommended as Nutrient Dense Food for Children

EGGS once got a bad press due to their cholesterol content but are now included in recommendations for nutrient-dense foods for children and adolescents.  This survey confirms that eating eggs is associated with a higher intake of several important nutrients.
