Full Return to In-Person Consultations – Practitioners welcome their clients to return to face-to-face appointments starting 12 April 2021 in England and Wales

BANT Nutritional Therapy Practitioners welcome their clients to return to face-to-face appointments starting 12 April 2021 in England and Wales.

While in-person appointments have been possible during this winter’s lockdown in certain situations, we are delighted to open our clinic doors more widely again.

BANT Practitioners will continue to wear a mask and follow well-established guidelines for their clinics’ cleanliness to ensure safe practice. Government guidelines for close contact services are available here.

Clients must also wear a mask unless exempt from doing so or asked to remove it for identification purposes. You will be asked COVID-19 related screening questions ahead of the appointment and are advised to reschedule your appointment if you have any COVID-19 symptoms, however mild. The clinics will have hand sanitisers available and provide an appointment only service to limit the number of people on the premises. Public areas will follow the usual social distancing guidelines. If you wish to bring somebody along to the appointment, this person needs to be part of your household group/support bubble.

Scotland

The planned date for the reopening services in mainland Scotland and the Isle of Skye is 26 April 2021.

 Northern Ireland

Some restriction will be eased on 12 April 2021, but close contact services cannot yet open. The next review of coronavirus restrictions by the Northern Ireland Executive is due to take place on 15 April 2021.

We look forward to seeing you for a personalised nutrition consultation to help you meet your health goals and optimise your wellbeing. You can find a practitioner near you here, and in the meantime, read about Food for your Health here.
