We are looking forward to hosting the inaugural NED Science Forum on 13 May 2024 from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm at the Royal Society of Medicine in London. We have a great programme lined up for the evening.

Timing
The event lasts for 4 hours from 4:30 pm to 8:30 pm. Check-in and registration will take place at the front desk of the RSM. Ticket holders should aim to arrive at 4:30 pm to enjoy the refreshments on offer and network with colleagues and sponsors. BANT representatives will be available in the hallway outside the Cavendish Room, to answer any questions.

Refreshments
Bowl food, tea and coffee will be provided during the first hour from 4:30 – 5:30 pm. This will be entirely gluten-free, with dairy-free and vegan options available.

By London Underground: Oxford Circus (Bakerloo, Central and Victoria lines) and Bond Street (Central, Jubilee and Elizabeth lines).

By bike: There are several points in Cavendish Square where bicycles can be secured to a barrier. Cycle hire docking stations are located nearby on Chapel Place.

By car: Car parks are located in Cavendish Square and Harley Street.

Access: The public entrance to the building is located at 1 Wimpole Street. Please use this entrance when you arrive. The RSM is wheelchair accessible.
