Dr Anand Patel is a highly respected UK General Practitioner and one of the country’s leading specialists in men’s health and sexual medicine. With more than 20 years of clinical experience, he is recognised for his expertise in testosterone deficiency, male fertility, sexual dysfunction, and hormone health. He combines deep clinical knowledge with a practical, compassionate approach to helping men optimise their physical health, wellbeing, and quality of life.

Dr Patel serves as a specialist clinician at the Centre for Men’s Health, a leading UK clinic focused on testosterone health, erectile dysfunction, and male wellbeing. He is also an NHS GP and an active educator, regularly training healthcare professionals and speaking nationally on men’s health, hormone optimisation, and sexual medicine. His work has helped shape best practice in primary care through his involvement with the British Society for Sexual Medicine and the Primary Care Testosterone Advisory Group.

Speaker Profile:

Matt Lovell is one of the UK’s leading performance nutritionists, with more than 25 years of experience working at the highest levels of elite sport, corporate performance, and functional health. He was part of the England Rugby support team that won the 2003 Rugby World Cup and has advised organisations including Manchester City FC, Tottenham Hotspur, England Football, GB Athletics, and numerous Olympic and professional athletes. He is currently performance nutrition lead at Ipswich Town FC

Matt specialises in the application of evidence-based nutrition, lifestyle medicine, and performance supplementation to enhance physical performance, cognitive function, recovery, resilience, and long-term health. Alongside his work in elite sport, he supports business leaders and corporate teams through performance and wellbeing programmes designed to improve energy, productivity, and stress resilience.

He is the founder of Amino Man and Director of Perform and Function Ltd, where he develops advanced nutritional strategies and formulations used by athletes, executives, and health-conscious individuals seeking to perform at their best. Speaker Profile: 

James Davis is a coaching psychologist, men’s health advocate and one half of the husband and wife team behind multi-award winning wellness brand and top rated podcast The Midlife Mentors. The couple are highly regarded as leading experts in midlife health and happiness.

James is also the author of The Midlife Male Handbook, A Man’s Guide To Thriving Through Andropause and is a public speaker, featuring regularly in national press.

James also works with corporates such as KPMG, CitiBank, Deutsche, Google, and Deloitte where he provides relatable and engaging workshops and programmes for individuals and multigenerational teams.
