There is also a requirement for you to acknowledge the complaint\u00a0<strong>within 30 days<\/strong>\u00a0of receiving it. You should then aim to investigate and resolve it without undue delay.<\/div>\n<div><\/div>\n<div>\u200bThe simplest way to comply with this immediate requirement is to add a\u00a0<strong>complaints statement<\/strong>\u00a0to your Privacy Policy.
