Full training and ongoing clinical mentorship will be provided.<\/p>\n<p>The Role<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Deliver client consultations within our clinical framework<\/li>\n<li>Support complex case management with structured guidance<\/li>\n<li>Work collaboratively within a systems-based, functional medicine approach<\/li>\n<li>Contribute to the ongoing development of clinical pathways<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>About You<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Qualified Nutritional Therapist (BANT registered and CNHC registered preferred) and\/or trained Health Coach<\/li>\n<li>Some clinical experience with chronic or complex cases<\/li>\n<li>Strong interest in environmental illness, immune dysregulation, or multi-system presentations<\/li>\n<li>Thoughtful, analytical, and keen to develop advanced clinical reasoning<\/li>\n<li>Excellent communication and client-facing skills<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Working Structure<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Availability for one\u00a0to 2 days per week initially<\/li>\n<li>This role is best suited to a practitioner looking to integrate into a collaborative clinical team environment<\/li>\n<li>We welcome applications from practitioners who may wish to bring an existing client base into our structured, supported setting and join the team as a clinical associate<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>What We Offer<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Full training in our clinical methodology and approach<\/li>\n<li>Ongoing mentorship and case-based learning<\/li>\n<li>Exposure to complex and highly rewarding clinical work<\/li>\n<li>A collaborative, forward-thinking clinical environment<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you are looking to deepen your clinical expertise and work within a structured, supportive setting, we would love to hear from you.<\/p>\n<p>We are re-branding in September, so are keen to have our team settled for this exciting next step in our evolution.<\/p>\n<p>Please apply with your CV and a short covering note outlining your clinical experience and interest in this role to <a href=\"mailto:info@louisecarder.com\">info@louisecarder.com<\/a>.
