It first explains digestive conditions including IBS and SIBO (small intestinal bacterial overgrowth), alongside causes of constipation or diarrhoea. It then introduces Anna&#8217;s Gut Reset Cogs model, showing how diet, lifestyle, and the gut\u2013brain connection work together. The final section focuses on symptom management, supplements, hormones, flare-ups, and long-term life with IBS.<br \/>\nUnlike many gut health books, it avoids extreme diets which can cause fear around food. The book focuses instead on better understanding digestion, expanding your diet, and practical changes that can fit in everyday life.<br \/>\nEach chapter starts and finishes with a client story, giving people with IBS real life examples of how digestion can improve.<br \/>\nThe book is for people who don&#8217;t know what to eat without bloating, and feel confused by contradictory gut health advice.<\/p>\n<p>About the author<br \/>\nAnna Mapson is a UK-based registered nutritional therapist and BANT member, specialising in IBS and functional digestive disorders.
