We are making good progress, with the Privy Council granting us time to put our case forward, which was the first essential step that had to be achieved. We also have excellent legal representation, and we continue to have productive discussions with our lawyers as we plan ahead and continue our challenge to the AfN Charter application.<\/p>\n<p>As you know from our previous communications, it is BANT\u2019s firmly held belief that the AfN is\u00a0<strong>not<\/strong>\u00a0pre-eminent across the field of nutrition, health and allied subjects. BANT quite reasonably recognises AfN\u2019s pre-eminence in the specialist field of Public Health Nutrition, but their claims go far beyond this.
