Whilst the Covid-19 pandemic has impacted on the ability to compete, there is continued interest in how individuals can maximise their personal performance at such events. Justin Roberts, the NED Editor-in-Chief and Associate Professor of Health and Exercise Nutrition at the Cambridge Centre for Sport and Exercise Sciences, has selected his\u00a0top picks of the evidence, so you can expand your understanding on this topic.
