ASAP<\/p>\n<p>BANT welcomes expressions of interest and applications for a newly created role. The Membership Support Officer will act as the \u2018front line\u2019 for BANT, managing all incoming queries from the public, potential new members and existing members.<\/p>\n<p><strong>What value and impact does the role deliver?<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Ensuring timely, helpful, accurate response to incoming queries is critical to provide a good experience for people contacting BANT and contribute to maintaining and growing positive perceptions. The incumbent will collaborate closely with our Membership Manager &amp; General Manager, and also bring in input where needed from other BANT Managers.
