To provide more flexibility and ease of use, we are pleased to announce that the previous BANT Terms of Engagement document has been replaced with a new template Terms of Engagement Agreement, with suggested wording and terms members can use and adapt to suit their own business practices.<\/p>\n<p>Members can use the Terms of Engagement Agreement template as they choose, either as the provided Word document, by incorporating it into practice management software or compiling it into an online form. The BANT logo has been removed and practitioners can now add their own logo to the Agreement.<\/p>\n<p>We have also launched a new template Child Terms of Engagement Agreement for use with clients under 16 years of age, to be completed by the parent\/guardian on behalf of the child. This new Child Terms of Engagement Agreement replaces the previous BANT Consent to Consult a Child Form, which is no longer required.
