Sara supports the BANT Membership Team, working closely with the Membership Manager to process member applications and acting as the first point of contact for both new and existing members.<\/p>\n
Before becoming a Nutritional Therapist, Sara built a diverse career in the manufacturing and engineering sector, gaining broad experience in Operations and Project Management, Health & Safety, Finance, IT, and Web Design. This varied background contributes to her organised, pragmatic approach to work efficiently, communicate clearly, and support colleagues and members with professionalism and care.<\/p>\n
In addition to her administrative role, Sara holds an MSc in Nutrition Science and Practice and practises Nutritional Therapy in South Yorkshire as part of her holistic health practice. In addition to nutritional support, she offers complementary therapies, including Reiki, to help clients improve their wellbeing. Her academic training also supports greater collaboration with healthcare professionals, ensuring her practice is informed, evidence-based, and client centred.<\/p>\n
Her passion for nutrition began in childhood following the diagnosis of a rare dietary disorder within her family. This lived experience continues to inspire her commitment to helping others understand and optimise their health through informed nutritional guidance.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n
