Amy is an accredited nutritional practitioner and therapist with a Bachelor of Science (Nutritional Therapy) awarded with a 1st Class Honours. Amy is a member of BANT and is committed to the compliance of all industry policies and requirements.
In her latest research, she conducted a literature review studying IBS and Fibromyalgia syndrome, health concerns which continue to be of special interest in her work.
As member of the British Association for Nutrition and Nutritional Therapy (BANT) and a BANT volunteer, Amy attends Continuing Professional Development (CPD) conferences and seminars to keep up to date with developments of nutritional science.
Amy is based in Bromley (Kent) and London. She also offers consultations over Skype.
Amy is passionate about providing the tools and resources to help clients restore balance and health within their lives. She is an advocate of using scientific research to underpin her advice and to deliver programmes in a holistic and achievable way.
