Profile Summary

Qualifications

Diploma in Nutritional Therapy, Institute for Optimum Nutrition

Special Interests

I work with clients to help them improve their health by identifying nutritional deficiencies and metabolic imbalances which can be supported with changes to both diet and lifestyle. I like to take a food first approach, and aim to support clients while they make sustainable long term changes to their diet. I also have a special interest in women's hormonal health and work with women of all ages and life stages to help them achieve hormonal balance, optimum digestive health, a robust immune response and great energy levels.

Further Information

I am a registered Nutritional Therapist and Health Coach. I work with men and women who want to regain control of their health by changing the way they eat and adjusting their lifestyle to improve nutrition, reduce stress and regain balance. I work from my clinic at home, and at the Institute for Optimum Nutrition Clinic in Richmond-on-Thames.
