I have experience of working in the health food industry creating healthy menus for athletes, working for a diet company creating vegan meal-plans, and I have written articles and undertaken research for companies and organisations. I continue to work one-on-one with private clients and have been working as a nutritional therapist since 2014. I have a passion for healthy living and eating.
