Further Information

I’m an experienced nutritional therapist, educator and writer with a passion for helping people to transform their health and to enjoy delicious nourishing real food. Since graduating with a BSc. in Nutritional Medicine in 2012, I have offered a Nutritional Therapy Service at the well-established Natural Health Clinic and Run and Become in Cardiff, appeared on local TV news, regularly contributed to the media, websites and apps, provided corporate well-being events involving presentations and drop-in clinics, and I work for the highly-regarded Institute for Optimum Nutrition. My background is in NHS Cancer Services and education. Working as a Radiographer in Oncology and as a Cancer Information Officer I received frequent enquiries from patients affected by cancer, seeking nutritional advice. This prompted me to study Nutritional Medicine to enable me to use this specialist knowledge in addition to my experience in Oncology, patient information provision, and teaching, to offer nutritional support to people to help them realise their health potential.
